After an exterior fire caused extensive structural, smoke, and water damage, our team completed a full-scale restoration - including selective demolition, structural roof reconstruction, exterior replacement, and comprehensive interior remediation. Working through the challenges of a winter rebuild, we restored the home from the roof structure to the finished interiors.
In early 2026, Concierge Apartments, a 544-unit multifamily community in Rocky Hill, Connecticut, sustained significant freeze-related water damage requiring extensive mitigation and reconstruction. Elite Contracting Group managed the complex restoration and insurance claim, completing the project on schedule, passing all inspections, minimizing disruption, and restoring the property to its pre-loss condition.
A balcony fire gutted two units and caused smoke damage in several others. Smoke-affected units were quickly repaired, while gutted units received new systems, roof repairs, and upgraded fire-rated walls. All units were restored to code through an insurance-covered scope with community-approved finishes.
A structural column struck by heavy equipment brought down part of the roof across roughly 30,000 square feet of a century-old warehouse. We shored the surrounding structure so the rest of the building could keep operating, phased the demolition around it, and delivered the rebuild inside the original schedule.
